Before joining the world of recruitment, Adam worked within the construction industry as a Builder and Maintenance Technician. Having gained first-hand experience within the Construction and FM market, Adam hit the ground running when he joined TXM, adding real value to his clients from day one whilst working his way up from Trainee Consultant to Senior Manager within a short space of time.
